Jimi Hendrix

Experience Hendrix

James MarshallJimiHendrix (born Johnny Allen Hendrix; November 27, 1942 – September 18, 1970) was an American guitarist, singer and songwriter. He is often considered to be the greatest electric guitarist in the history of rock music by other musicians and commentators in the industry, and one of the most important and influential musicians of his era across a range of genres. After initial success in Europe, he achieved fame in the United States following his 1967 performance at the Monterey Pop Festival. Later, Hendrix headlined the iconic 1969 Woodstock Festival and the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival. Hendrix often favored raw overdriven amplifiers with high gain and treble and helped develop the previously undesirable technique of guitar amplifier feedback

Franz Ferdinand

Franz Ferdinand(album)

Franz Ferdinand are a Scottish rock band that formed in Glasgow, Scotland, in 2002. The band is composed of Alex Kapranos (lead vocals and guitar), Bob Hardy (bass guitar), Nick McCarthy (rhythm guitar, keyboards and backing vocals) and Paul Thomson (drums, percussion and backing vocals).he band first experienced chart success when their second single “Take Me Out” reached #3 in the UK Charts,[1] followed by their debut album Franz Ferdinand which debuted on the UK album chart at #3

Eagles

The Very Best of Eagles

The Eagles are an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1971 by Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner. With five number one singles and six number one albums, the Eagles were one of the most successful recording artists of the 1970s. At the end of the 20th century, two of their albums, Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) and Hotel California, ranked among the 20 best-selling albums in the U.S. according to the Recording Industry Association of America. Hotel California is ranked 37th in Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, and the band was ranked #75 on the magazine’s 2004 list of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.

The Very Best of Eagles (released as The Complete Greatest Hits in the UK) is two-disc compilation by the American band Eagles, released in 2003.This album combines tracks that all previously appeared on the two previously released Eagles greatest hits albums (Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) & Eagles Greatest Hits, Vol. 2) plus album tracks and the new track “Hole in the World”.

i have to copy many information of the band too much. This band is very popular. In my opinion  I only listened to this album for “Hotel California” to be honest, but one day I left it playing and it sutnned me. I always considered the Eagles to be just country music. Oh how wrong I was. This is one of the best greatest hits albums I know, I can’t stop listening to it. There is such a range in the sound, some hard rock Joe Walsh provides some fantastic guitar work on these tracks with all the musicians in perfect syncronicity to produce that kind of sound that leaves you smiling. However, the softer tracks do outweigh the heavier ones.i can’t tell u what song is popular i think very song is popular.

Coldplay

A Rush of Blood to the Head

Coldplay are a British alternative rock band. Formed in London in 1997, the group comprises Chris Martin (lead vocals, keyboards, guitar), Jonny Buckland (lead guitar), Guy Berryman (bass guitar), and Will Champion (drums, backing vocals, other instruments).A Rush of Blood to the Head is the second studio album by English rock band Coldplay. Attitudes to songwriting were affected by the September 11 attacks in the United States, which occurred the week before recording started.that is some information of band and album.

In my opinion i think the band is a best band in the world he sing a song very well and guitar bass and drum with out remainder but somebody say hard to understand what they want to present but i think is not hard to understanding that is a one of music style from England some song of album maybe they need to cut some of sound effect out such as “in my place” maybe beginning  a sound of drum should  cut effect out {i think} but sound of guitar i very like it i don’t know why  and i like. Carabao (Thai: คาราบาว) are a Thai rock band which is very popular in Thailand and other Asian countries.1 The group was formed in 1976 by university students Yuenyong Opakul (Aed) and Kirati Promsaka Na Sakon Nakhon (Khiao) who met while studying in the Philippines. They are known for their Phleng phuea chiwit (เพลงเพื่อชีวิต) or ‘songs for life’. Sid & Nancy Movie

Sid and Nancy is one of those rare films that has all the bursting exuberance of youth without all the negative side effects. There are no scenes that scream out “HEY LOOK AT US! WE’RE YOUNG, WE’RE TWISTED, DON’T YOU WISH YOU WE’RE US!?” Okay maybe it has a few, but none of them feel like they exist strictly for shock value, none of them feel the least bit contrived or unnecessary. That is what makes Sid and Nancy so great. Most film criticism stems from reaction to prior film releases. Reviewers like Siskel and Ebert tend to cling to comparisons as a safety blanket, and as an almost cop out for original thought. Director Alex Cox (Repo Man) tells a story of doomed love that tends to defy easy categorization. Its brilliant combination of ultra realistic biography and surrealistic conjecture create a film universe that had not been seen prior to its release. The film opens in a dingy New York City, Chelsea Hotel room. Sex Pistols bassist and Punk Rock icon Sid Vicious (Gary Oldman, in a staggering performance) is being questioned by police about the apparent murder of his girlfriend and world famous rock n’ roll groupie Nancy Spungen (Chloe Webb, Twins, TV’s China Beach). Smash cut to the punk rock era of 1977 London, where Sid meets Nancy in a world of anarchy and disillusion inhabited by kids who don’t know quite what they are disillusioned about.

Guns ‘N’ Roses

Guns ‘N’ Roses

Use Your Illusion I

Use Your Illusion I (1991) is the third album from the hard rock supergroup of the late 80s/early 90s, Guns ‘N’ Roses. At times it’s hard to tell if this band is better known for its music or for its utter craziness. Either way this is a typical Guns ‘N’ Roses record- loud, aggressive and self-consciously rebellious.

All this controversy aside, this is where the rock classic ‘November Rain’ can be found. Not only is this a brilliant song, but anyone who has seen the film clip will testify that it is one of the best music videos ever made. What makes the song so good is how sophisticated it is- and this is even more evident when compared to most of the other songs on this record. It begins with a long piano introduction, continues into the main body of the song, and then concludes with a memorable guitar solo from lead guitarist Slash. At just under 9 minutes long, it really is an epic piece of music.

So it’s fair to say that Use Your Illusion I is more than ‘November Rain’ plus a collection of fillers. However it’s also reasonable to state that while Guns ‘N’ Roses can write classics, not every song on this album is a classic. There’s a couple of excellent songs, a handful of really good ones and then a whole bunch of more ordinary fare.
